Step by Step Process – From Application to Passport – St. Kitts and Nevis (Donation Option)
Step 1
Enter into retainer agreement with us. Invoice(s) forwarded in accordance with retainer agreement.
Step 2
Receive application forms, checklist of documents, Limited Power of Attorney, passport application form.
Step 3
Complete forms and obtain supporting documents.
Step 4
Provide draft of completed forms and scan of documents (if possible) via email to us for review.
Step 5
We provide feedback to you on forms and documents.
Step 6
Once we confirm the application forms and supporting documents are in order forward hard copy to us.
Step 7
Application is submitted by us electronically and in hard copy with the application fee and due diligence fee.
Step 8
CIU forwards a letter to us acknowledging receipt of the application, usually within a few days.
Step 9
The application is processed by CIU. The usual processing time is 90 days.
Step 10
We deal with any queries CIU may have concerning your application.
Step 11
We receive letter from CIU stating application is approved in principle and stating the total sum to be paid directly to CIU for donation option.
Step 12
Client pays donation.
Step 13
The Certificate of Registration of citizenship is issued.
Step 14
We submit passport application on your behalf.
Step 15
We collect passport and forward the passport with the original Certificate of Registration to you via courier.
